Our Core Privacy Commitment
We collect only the information necessary to provide the app's core fleet-tracking functionality. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your location or personal information with advertisers or marketing networks. Data is used solely to operate the app and is transmitted securely to our own tracking server.

To provide login, vehicle tracking, and related features, the app collects the following information:

2. How Location Data Is Used
Location data is used strictly for functional purposes: displaying vehicle positions on the map, generating trip reports and playback, showing local weather, and calculating distance to a tracked vehicle. Vehicle GPS/tracking data is never sold, traded, or shared with advertisers.
3. How We Share Data
Your login and vehicle tracking data is transmitted to and stored on our own tracking server (Traccar-based backend), which we operate. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use the following service providers strictly to operate core app features:
- Google Firebase — for push notification delivery
- Google Maps — for map display and location-based features
These providers process data only as necessary to deliver the features above, under their own respective privacy and security terms.
4. Data Security
All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your account and tracking data for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to have your account or personal data deleted, please contact us using the details below, and we will process your request within a reasonable time.
6. Children's Privacy
Our application does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. The service is intended for professional fleet management and logistical use by adults.
7. Permissions
The app requests the following device permissions, used strictly for the purposes described:
- Location — to show local weather and distance to tracked vehicles
- Notifications — to deliver alerts you have enabled
These permissions are never used for surveillance or unauthorized data gathering, and location access can be declined without preventing use of the rest of the app.
