Important Operational Notice
Due to satellite connectivity and weather conditions, sometimes GPS devices may not be able to provide proper data to the server. In such cases, the mobile app may show different or false locations. Additionally, we are not responsible for any hardware side effects or electrical issues related to installed GPS tracking hardware.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Z1 Fleet Tracker mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of the Application
The application is provided to assist you with authorized fleet management, tracking, and logistical monitoring. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local and international regulations.
3. GPS Accuracy & Satellite Limitations
Due to environmental factors, satellite connectivity issues, network outages, and adverse weather conditions, GPS tracking devices may occasionally fail to transmit accurate data to the server. Consequently, the mobile application may display delayed, intermittent, or inaccurate/false location information. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or 100% precise real-time location data.
4. Hardware Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
We supply or interface with external GPS tracking hardware, but we are not responsible or liable for any hardware side effects, vehicle electrical malfunctions, battery drain, wiring issues, or device failures resulting from the installation or operation of GPS tracking equipment.
5. User Account & Security
If your usage involves account credentials, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Z1 Fleet Tracker app, including its design, logos, source code, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of Z1 Technology & Trade Pvt. Ltd.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to misuse the application, attempt to reverse-engineer its software, compromise its server security, or use it for any unauthorized or illegal tracking activities.
8. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the application or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
